“Anything happened in the class room
whether it is positive or negative; its sole responsibility is in the teacher”.
Do
you agree with this? If you are a teacher you surely cannot agree with it. The
reason is we cannot accept the responsibilities. The only easy solution
teachers consider is that they can blame someone for their fault. If teachers
have lost credibility, integrity, faith, respect and courage among the
students, then will certainly evaluate themselves what is happening around
them. Instead they point out some one for their fault. It is a universal
accepted standard that nobody can undervalue oneself without his consent. Everybody has a certain value, and this is
achieved by their commitment, dedication, sincerity, professionalism,
superiority of mind with simplicity, genuine, gentleness, energy levels, purity
and the capacity to provide the protection. If anyone failed to achieve such
qualities, he will be automatically degraded. Because his attitude reflects
what is happening inside his mind. This is reflected on others mind. As a
result evaluation is performed on mental level.
This in turn converted to respect that we gathered from the society.
Then think how others can be a part of your expected
respect?
I will come to
the point. I will not consider every one in the teaching community as teachers?
All the problems happened in our schools and colleges depends on the teachers.
Their inability to handle the situations or no values to convey to convince the
students community. Because the students of the modern age are more
knowledgeable than our most teachers. They have lot of questions to get
answers. If anybody fails to answer, the game of respect is over. Then there
begins the arrogance. Most of the teachers are not empowered to handle the
problems of modern age. They feel no safety, then how they provide safety to
their students.
Who is a teacher to me? What qualities he/she needs to get
accepted as a teacher in my view?
In my view, a teacher is a role
model to all in all aspects whether in his personal life and professional life.
We think only our professional life needs evaluation. But, how we get the
professional life? It is a result of personal life. Hence indirectly our
personal life is under evaluation. A teacher should radiate a mind blowing
positive energy to their students. Only this much energy is necessary for
solving all the problems and to create a faith in their students. A teacher
should be courageous in all matters. I found many teachers are slaves of some
thing. They have a lot of fear. Most of the teachers are playing double games
to survive. They need identity. For getting identity they sell their values,
truths and receive bad names. Because everything is under reflection. We cannot
imitate or hide the reflections. Another thing I found is, teachers are
selfish. How we can believe such teachers? During my stages of development,
many of teachers taught me. I also evaluate them. Most of them are shame for
the profession. Most of them are pathetic. Most of them are tragedy. Many of
them are comedy. Some of them are partial. Several of them knows only subject. To
describe the portions we need no teachers. We can substitute demonstrators. But
the role of teachers is to be a guiding light to the students in all matters.
They must realize themselves that there teacher is capable and the qualities to
handle them. Then only faith is automatically bridges in between the two
parties.
During my profession as a teacher, many students approach
me to share their problems. After discussing it with me they feel some healing.
It’s not my ability. The faith solves all. Many teachers have a view that I am
very close with the students. But I keep everyone at a distance. I am very
strict and straightforward in all matters and dealing with humans. My approach
to the students is not the matter of closeness. But the result of evaluation. I
am very open to all and respect all whether it is a student or teacher or big
profile or small profile or girl or boy. I think students can understand me
more accurate than teachers. So they believe me, respect me and approach me. I
channelize my entire energy to the students who are in front of me. During this
process of synchronization, everything gets synchronized. They get answers to
their problems. They can realize values. I get many recognitions form many one
for handling the youth effectively. I consider them as awards. Because I value
anything that gets out from mind.
When I enter the class
room, I can feel some changes happened in me. This is repeated all the time.
Now I can realize that the meaning of life is to serve the force that sent you
into the world. I never prepare anything more to talk inside the class rooms.
But my soul pressurizes me to speak more than academic sessions. I just obey
the intention of the soul. I am a human. Sometimes I am very much tired
mentally and physically. But, this situation also when I enter the class room
the entire scene changes. I filled with the aura of power. Some one filled my
mind with life altering knowledge. Some one controls me from some where. I am
only a tool.
I understand and accept the fact that to be a
real teacher is divine calling. Whoever called you is capable for showering his
mercy and power to you. This belief helps me not to fall in all the challenges
that life or people offers. I am get going with the belief.
