Today's Education

                                    At all times, the term Education is given more importance than any thing. Because it is one and only that can raise the society and man kind from ignorance, slavery and blindness. The purpose of education is to know one’s way. In olden days, education is handled with utmost care and by the wisest and virtuous persons.

                                    But, when we think about the modern days, it is a comedy signifies nothing. The main reason I found is, today most of the education institutions are run by ignorant, careless, Egoist, unethical and money motive people. In higher education, colleges perform trial and error method. In my experience, I found the following problems in colleges.

1. Leadership of the authorities is very much poor.
2. It needs 2 or 3 years to make a decision and also it needs minimum of 5 years to execute it. It is not by the size and complexity of the problem, but by the lack of expertise and incapability of the authorities.
3. Management and the Principals are the blind people with open eyes.
4. They have no proven procedures to follow.
5. Most of the colleges appoint principals after their expiry period. Most of the retired principals took in charge to enjoy their retirement life. They have no responsibility and commitment towards the students.
6. Infrastructure is very much poor.
7. Most of the teachers behave slaves of the students and the management.
8. Facilities provided for teachers are shameful for refuge camps.
9. Principals rule the colleges based on curtain lectures and to please someone.
10. All these made our education a tragedy and a comedy for the society.
