Techniques for killing the fear.

Fear, the term comes to our mind when we initiate something, in travel, in exams and throughout the whole life. When we born we are the most courageous people. We can do any thing. Think your past what actions you performed. Is it possible now, surely not. What happened to us. When this factor come to us. Nobody can give the answer. The answer is it will not come from any where. It will be with us when we born. It is in the suppressed form till you feel fear. Whenever you compare your actions with others and your actions were a question mark to your conscience then you feel the fear for the first time. If not analyze yourself. 
                   
  To reduce the fear try the following in your life daily.

1. Be yourself, Never imitate others.
2. Do what ever you believe is right with full strength then only the entire universe is on your side.to help  
      you. Then what others can do.
3. Always remember the values you received in your whole life.
4. Do all real actions, Never for show offs.
5. Never do anything to please others.
