STAINLESS CHARACTER & COMPETENCE

         STAINLESS CHARACTER & COMPETENCE

“The Price of discipline is always less than the pain of regret”.

Our external life can never grow bigger than our internal one. Life is really a mirror. It reflects who we are. In my opinion, a stainless character means ‘make your life as your message, live your truth, walk your values and behave your philosophy’. It is so easy to talk a great game. But harder to live it. But only great ones can do it simply. One of the thing that separate leaders from followers are that those who lead speak openly, honestly and courageously.

In my perspective, Competence means ‘do it all with rare passion, bravery and sparkle in your eyes with intensity’. Competence comes when you create something with your life that is only bigger than you. To be competitive, use each day as a platform for filling your life with more adventure, passion and energy by injecting it into more things. We can also setup some standards to which we all can rise. After reaching set standard upgrade the standards to new heights.
Finally everyone must realize that ‘brilliant results don’t just show up by chance. The finest things in life take patience, focus and sacrifice’.

HOW TO BE RESPECTED?

HOW TO BE RESPECTED?

“When people feel respected, they feel better about themselves and people who feel good do well”.

Studies and researches confirmed that the people who felt most respected were also the ones who felt the most loyalty to the companies they worked for. In today’s competitive world where attracting and keeping superb talent is one of the most critical of all success factors.

Following are a few practical strategies every one can use.

1.     Say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’.

2.     Be on time.

3.     Treat excellent people in excellence.

4.     Become a brilliant listener.

5.     Coach the people you work with and help them realize their potentials.

6.     Promote openness and truth telling.

7.     Give people permission to take sensible risks and the freedom to fail.

8.     Encourage creativity and authenticity.

GREAT TEACHER

In all ages, society’s success and failure depends on great teachers. They are called great, because they are the source of light to all the generations. He is the one who exists and continues. In modern societies every thing is under evaluation. Based on the result of evaluation we categorize persons. Teachers have no escape from it. But, how we can evaluate a great teacher? Tools and measures are useless when we start evaluation. Because we know him in person and by means of a teacher. But he is more and more. He radiates the aura of truth to the generations.
I can point out some qualities that make a teacher great.

  1. Thorough knowledge on his specialized area.
  2. Knowledge of the divine doctrines.
  3. He knows life is adventurous and it needs courage to handle.

  8. His personality is a guiding light for the students.
