Administration, My Perspective

                   Administration is the study of contemporary organizational principles with an emphasis on their applications in the modern workplace with ethical consideration and morality. Administration is an art it must be handled with utmost care. Administration can handle and solve any type of adversities arise in the organization. The administration is always accountable for their action and to taken leadership when necessary. But when we look around in various organizations such as government, private, public, academic and corporate, they have a lot of problems still exist without solutions. The reason is incapable administration. How they can change to capable administration or live administration?

                         The solution to above problem is introduction of a new concept, Professional Administration. It is provided by professional administrators. professional administrators are individuals who are responsible for administrative tasks and coordination of information in support of an office related environment and who are dedicated to furthering their personal and professional growth in their chosen profession. Such administration is necessary for the wellness of the society. By such quality factors the society gets quality life and quality services.

Today's Colleges according to my perspective.

Colleges normally be considered as educational institutions offering high quality education in a disciplined environment. They prepare the youth  to handle all the issues that the life offers. But is this happened in colleges. Surely not. Today it suffers a great level of degradation. Morality, ethics, discipline etc everything gone out from colleges. In my opinion they are the place that we have to avoid in modern days. I found a lot of reasons for such degradation.

1. Modern days college are considered as business organizations. There only aim is to make profit in any      way.  

2. The management didn't understand there roles in such organizations.
3. Principals are helpless and morality, courage and leadership are gone out from them.
4. Teachers lack experience, discipline, morality, ethics, responsibility,courage,leadership etc etc.
5. Lack of proper administration. 
6. Barriers between departments. 
7. Most of the teachers starts there teaching career in colleges. They make students are experimental pigs. 
8. Serious irresponsibility from teachers.

                          

How challenges shapes leaders?

What is a challenge? How we can define it? How it is to be handled? Who makes challenge?

      Challenge is something that cause difficulty to all the activities. All the challenges are unique in nature but it differs in person by person. We can find it every where in personal life, professional life, work place, and also with machines. It is to be handled carefully and wisely. Consider a challenge as a training. Challenges are the things that brings out one's best. So it needs at some point. Without challenge no one makes excellent leaders. One who face more challenges in life may changed to excellent warriors, the one who exist till last. 

                 Challenges are created by oneself and by others. Jealousy is the major reason behind every challenge. If some one do any thing best that others can be dreamed, then there arise the challenge. Consider this one as stepping stone to conduct more excellently next time.

          It is a natural law that one who has the power to survive will exist. All others will diminish over time. So consider it as a exam conducted by nature to check your strength and stability.

Why student's can't identify good teachers?

A good teacher is a person who is some what eccentric and wild man at times. He is the real one who exists. All others are mimics. These impotent and mimicry people some times picks the designation as a teacher and misguide the students to an improper way. That we are seen in colleges and schools. On the other side, we can't ignore the sacrifices and goodness of the real teachers. They are the source of light and the reason to the existence of the society. They are sometimes behave harshly, wildly and some times in an unpredictable way. Remember, hard iron will melt under rough conditions and turned into tools and devices.If the iron is in the safe zone nothing will happened. It just rust there. Like the good teachers, they really shape the students. 

                     But, majority of students like the teachers who are with them for all there deeds whether they are good or bad. One who is a teacher or any other who supports bad behavior is worst than the culprit. Those who supports students in all there affairs has bad intentions or for hiding their weaknesses. Such people have lot of immoral activities. Never believe such ones. The students are less matured to identify such ones. Colleges are filled with such teachers. Such teachers believes that without them the world cannot move. That thought is the result of there ignorance and egotism. These type of teachers are the main reason of degradation of quality in colleges. 

         We can hope that the intelligent community will once realize the truth and destroy such barbaric teachers from the colleges. 

Education, a modern perspective

Today the term education losses its integrity due to some valid and invalid reasons. A lot of education theories and education institutes are implemented ti impart quality education to all classes of community. Today educational places are dangerous to join. Today schools and colleges are the places where a good one take admission and some formation happened to him and then becomes a culprit. Teachers loss satisfaction in this noble profession and most of them consider it as a time passing joke. Students consider it as a place to polish their criminal instincts of the mind. Government make policies as trial and error methods. The government has no answer to all the questions faced by the society. 

                      If this situation goes forward, some dictators may born in the society. If they have some answers and a guiding vision, it will a real threat to the current scenario. Today education is in the hands of rich people s whether or not  they have education, vision or any thing. 

                      If we want our colleges to be a quality and excellence based, then fill it with academicians, intellectuals, disciplinarians and professionals from the industry. Today's education demands valid solutions not anger from the top officials. 

Who is your real well wisher?

Who is your relative? In my opinion, it is some one who can lift you from danger. If one is not capable to do so then he is not a friend and who may change an enemy when you are in real danger. During my life, I experience lot of people with smiling faces and with mouthful words. They show the outfit that without them nothing will happened. Never ever believe such people. In this time also I experience the actions of such people who are working with me. Really they are cowards and no courage to be in front of any one. They act from background. There aim is always make problems to others and tell the world that with out them the universe cannot move. But who will consider those idiots. Time will demolish them and place them under the grooves. That is the only place they deserves.

10 Ways to empower employees

1. Understand that there is a need for change. Change is a process which has a beginning but no end.
2. Provide a clear role to play. The people will lose interest unless specific roles of authority and responsibility      
    are defined.
3. Provide them appropriate education and training.
4. Provide the resources to get the job done. No amount of delegated authority or responsibility can guarantee
    success.
5. Allow the freedom to be creative and innovative.
6. Allow and encourage the freedom to lead without fear.
7. Give people the authority to exercise their best  judgement without fearing retaliation of any kind.

How to lead an outstanding department?

What matters when you lead a department? What questions you have to face and solve to make the department outstanding? Two major are:
1. What makes a department outstanding?
2. Is your department outstanding?

            When some one raised to a position to lead a department department he has to face a lot of issues. He has to address the challenging atmosphere. But it is a chance to any one to prove their capabilities. All challenging situations pull out the capabilities sleeping inside  in you. If you go through such hard practices and situations you will be more valuable and sharp. But this is the result of how much effort you spend to lead and it is either a pass or fail. If you succeed your destiny is awaiting with much responsibilities and fame. If the result is negative, your story is over. 

                 But what makes your department outstanding. Your department is valued based on your values. To make a department outstanding, first you must be an outstanding person. Then all will come your own way. To be outstanding, you must have the following qualities such as impartial, self motivation, ability to make decisions, great moral capacity, a guiding vision, absolute commanding power, a brave heart, a mind set to hear every one's opinions and a role model to everyone.You have your own ways and ideas to lead. If  you are blessed with such qualities then your department becomes outstanding. 

           After all, you are made to lead, then lead......

                

Why Mentoring?

Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realized. It is a partnership between two people  normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.

                   A mentor is a guide who can help the mentee to find the right direction and who can help them to develop solutions to career issues. Mentors rely upon having similar experiences to gain an empathy with the mentee and an understanding of their issues. Mentoring provides the mentee with an opportunity to think about career options and progress.

                 A mentor should help the mentee to believe in himself and boost his confidence. A mentor should ask questions and challenge, while providing guidance and encouragement. Mentoring allows the mentee to explore new ideas in confidence. It is a chance to look more closely at yourself, your issues, opportunities and what you want in life. Mentoring is about becoming more self aware, taking responsibility for your life and directing your life in the direction you decide, rather than leaving it to chance.

The Truth about Society

Here I am going to share the findings that I found, observed, analysed and and in good faith to express it before the world. It is a result of some discussion I conducted with majority of student community, academicians, executives,politicians, professionals including educators, mind trainers, philosophers, layman and with real masters. The discussion is about what the society wants at this time, what is going on the society, how we can solve the issues and how we can prepare next generation to handle this critical society?

                       Everyone has opinions bet we want the real answers. The questions are clear and everyone is a victim of it in any situation.We need the authentic answers  from authentic people. Every one wish that there should be a person with a big stick to address these issues.(Childhood day's headmaster comes to everyone's mind, He will be the hero of all the time). The society is looking forward with a mentor who can guide the generations to a positive and protected level. Every one needs protection. That is the first and foremost level of security. All of them have a fear of an awaiting threat to their life, job, status, wealth, health etc. So the society's demand is simple.  

                     Next we have to find answers for what is going in the society. When we came out of the safe zones, we can find nothing is going good. Everyone mimics the society intentionally or not intentionally. Layman is unaware about what is happening around himself. So, that majority of common people are exploited by the minority of fraudulent people. But these minority are very crooked and intelligent and their objectives are invisible to the straight forward people. When watching closely we can identify that lot of people with no personal excellence grab their position in the ruling chairs. Everyone needs power, wealth and fame. If the power is not blessed with them then they are totally demoted and they become a rebel in any matter of concern. 

                 To identify the origin of the problem we have to go back to schooling or home of every ones life. Then only we got a clear picture of the problem. When ever the quality of schools and colleges are  degraded then it becomes the source of all evil in the society. The society is a reflection of the academic institutions. There we can met the people who are accidentally become teachers, the teachers who are supportive to the students to be evil, irresponsible teachers(Teachers who came late in colleges, Followers of bad practices, morally incapable to address ethical issues, smokers, drinkers,.....), institutional heads with lack of commanding power(They replace their backbone with rubber), roughly handled syllabus, lack of infrastructure, lack of idea about organization hierarchy etc. Teachers must have a fear factor in their mind and they think that they are appointed by the students. So they abandon  their values and beliefs and will be a slave in their later life. These type of teachers are majority in our institutions. This is the curse of the society. To my full strength admiration to all the great teachers I roughly hate these majority of teachers. 

        If this is the case then how we send our children to school or colleges. It raise another ideas to the society. ie, "The concept of No Schooling" it means children are trained with in the family and equip them to handle and address the life. Through life any one understands and learn himself. The nature will pour its endless wisdom to those who deserves. If the parents gives more consideration to it then we can develop it as a great idea. It is a remedial solution to the worstly going school or colleges. But we have to promote the school or college education to a newer and higher level. 

Do we need power to serve?

"Every one of us alive today has the power to inspire, influence,end elevate each person we meet by the gift of a great example and no one need the power or title to do that". It's an amazing fact that everyone ignore when the situation demands. Every one is going behind the power. But what you can do without the power with in yourself with the designated power. 

             When observing the society, people and organizations we can realize that the above mentioned facts are true. The time and nature demands a change in this attitude. If you want to serve any one or any organization, then serve with full force. Everything you deserves come to your way. There is no question about it. To serve it needs certain sacrifices, a good will, right attitude and straight forwardness. With out these even if you get power you can't do any thing. But you can believe some one that you are a good social servant. You can't travel long with these fake identities. The intelligent society will realize you and you have to pay for it. 

                 In short, the real leadership involves breaking through the limits of your mind and can step in to the highest strengths of your spirit.

Is it possible to educate one without a teacher?

Absolutely not. Any one can give some information to someone. If any system is said to be an education system there must be a teacher. A teacher is a person not only to teach but to educate a clean slate or to point the right path to an individual. In this sense education has a broad meaning and teacher has a major significance in this  system. 

             Simply a teachers job is to complete the assigned portions and leads them for the examination. Is it the real mission of the teachers. Without the teacher anybody can do this. Then what is his role in one's life? No one can distinguish the role of the teacher because it is deep rooted in all aspects of human life. First of all he is a role model to the student in all sense. Today's generations have no role models to follow or to admire. A good teacher can fill that position. To be a great teacher he must be sensible, responsible, willingness to hear to accept the students conditions and to adopt policies for making the students life harmonious and to provide them  an atmosphere to educate. Also the teacher has the capability to point the real facts of life to the students.     In all sense he must be a good person in his private and public life. Ha has the moral capacity to command the students when anything goes wrong. The teacher has to follow good standards and practices that anyone can follow. The teacher with above mentioned qualities is an integral part of education. Without such ones it cannot be called as educations system but even can be called as a Business System. In our society we can find majority of such systems.

Why Projects in Colleges?

Here I am going to specify the necessity of study projects especially software projects in colleges. First you have to revisit the idea of project. What is a project in any subject? It is a set of mutually complementing activities to achieve a specific objective with prior planning and fixed duration. Software project has no difference from the above specified definition. First I am asking some questions. Why the projects are assigned for students? How it is accomplished? How it is evaluated? What is the benefit of the project? Lets answer it. Try your way to answer it. 

            The projects are to be a part of the curriculum because the students have to acquire some capabilities after their graduation. Graduates are considered as an asset to the society. Most of the study projects are based on the concerned topic the students opted for there studies. During the years of study they pass through different subject areas. Project is an opportunity for them to apply what they learned throughout these years. It makes them capable to handle life's adverse situations. During the project time some professionalism may entailed in them. They get an opportunity to interact with people of different cultures, handling of technology and infrastructure. This surely helps them in the later years. 

         Project is a team activity. Everyone in the team must cooperate to achieve the goal. Every team member has certain roles in the team and they have to offer there service when the time demands. Projects cannot be completed on individual effort. Sometimes it may be possible, but it needs exceptional people. 

        Projects are evaluated based on quality of the project, your knowledge, findings, attitude towards project and how much effort you made to complete it. It uses some standard practices such as viva, project's working model presentation, presentation of the project and the quality of the report.

        The benefit of the project is not limited to any one. From the team member to the whole society enjoys the benefit of the project. At any cost it reduces human effort. 

       Lets start doing the project in the professional manner. It must be valued.

The Mind,Body and Soul of Martial Arts Masters

Here I am going to specify the characteristics of real masters where I found, observed and experienced. At first look, we feel the aura of power, a positive energy that comes towards us and fills in us. In fact it is a communication between souls. The raw power behind it feels a real sense in us. One thing we have to understand that they are in control of our mind. They can measure and sense our position of mind it ups and downs. In short they are the real masters.

 We can observe that they are in full control of themselves and from the environment. The raw energies are channelized according to their wish. We can find them calm,quiet, reserved and also on their own way. The seething energies are composed under the placid exterior. They can move to the extremes of anger and roughness. They can accumulate the energies of the universe. If provoked they can keep there mind as it is. If any one actually needs a treatment and it necessary for the laws of nature they can change their stand. It is destructive for the opponent. Because he would be totally crushed in mind and body. Then why these powerhouses keep reserve their energies. 

      The answer is they are trained and their souls are purified. There mind is empty and this emptiness is not the lack of wisdom or knowledge. They make it as it is because they have to acquire more energy, wisdom and pure knowledge to their mind. In one word, the nature itself keeps its balance based on these masters. No problem cannot be solved by these masters. They have answer to all questions. Today's students needs these type of masters. If they are appointed to colleges, surely we can make better people and better society. My aim is also to become such a master. One day nature will poured such blessings on me. 

How to make discipline in colleges?

Disciplines the milestone to success for every one in the world. But can we say our colleges are disciplined? Never. We can found lack of administration in these organizations. In some colleges students are ruling. Some of the students believes them as emperors and some of them are considered as dadas of the college. From the students side there is a barbaric culture maintained. Is it good for the education, students and the whole society. We have to stop these immoralities. What we can do to handle this issue. There are solutions. No problem exist in the world without solution. Here I can suggest some solutions.

         Treat the students as students not the masters. Treat the students actions as they deserve. If any physical treatment is necessary apply that solution immediately. Most of the students need this type of harsh treatment for their sustained life. After completing there course there is no change is happening to the students then surely the death is awaiting them in the society. We need disciplinarian principals who have all the capabilities including martial training to handle these students. We can provide some eve teasing cell in the college to treat them. If anybody gets the treatment then it is a model to all the students in that college. 

     At any cost we have to implement the discipline. Then only we can achieve all other qualities. 

What Happened to our Students?

Who is a student? An individual who is highly disciplined and have an irresistible crave for knowledge and in search of ultimate wisdom. But, can you imagine this definition is suitable for the people that we met in the colleges and schools. 

             Today, parents have lot of expectation to their children. They provide all facilities for them to achieve their success. But success is a mystery for them and a sorrow for the parents. Why these buds never blossoms in these organizations. In my observation, all come to the colleges for study only. They can study well. But the reason is they get a lot of knowledge before the proper time. There is a saying, "It is not the right time you receive the knowledge, then it could be dangerous to you." Another thing I noticed that, after the joining of the college, they are in search of life partners. In this point all there ambitions,vision and responsibilities fell down. Next observation is they have no respect for teachers. Most of the students thought that they are their subordinates. They ignore one thing that never no disciple is bigger than his master. First respect the teachers and earn their blessings. It will give you a helping hand in the steps of the life. By the blessings only you can eliminate all your back tracks. Teachers have the right to receive your respect because these are the only persons on earth after your parents to lift you from moral death. 

          When we go back to Greek, we can find the great teachers and great disciples of four generations. From Socrates,Plato, Aristotle and Alexander the great who writes their name with golden words in the pages of history. Alexander the great submit all his victory in favor of his teacher Aristotle. He loves and admires his teacher than his father. Here he specifies, he conquered the world with the blessings of his teacher. It is a lesson to all the students.

How should a Boss be?

In my opinion a boss is a person who always creates a path for himself and for the followers. He should be a person with moral capacity, courage and is answerable to his subordinates. He never degraded to be a showman. Personally I hate such bosses and i can't accept them. In today's world a boss needs variety of skills to lead great people. In this era all are great. So a boss should be extremely great. He always knows the reasons and logic of all his actions and he should be accountable to his subordinates. There is a saying that it is easy to lead idiots because they can be guided to any route. There is no need to answer them and they never ask about it. But it is not easy to be the boss of an intelligent community. Because they always asks questions about it. 

            For academic institution, a boss should be an ideal disciplinarian, a good academician and also a  man with vital capacity. This helps him to be bold in adverse situation and to guide them in the right manner. Such people are still be there in our colleges but there number can be counted by your finger. If the organizations are blessed with such people both the staff and students feel proud and safe. 

Techniques for killing the fear.

Fear, the term comes to our mind when we initiate something, in travel, in exams and throughout the whole life. When we born we are the most courageous people. We can do any thing. Think your past what actions you performed. Is it possible now, surely not. What happened to us. When this factor come to us. Nobody can give the answer. The answer is it will not come from any where. It will be with us when we born. It is in the suppressed form till you feel fear. Whenever you compare your actions with others and your actions were a question mark to your conscience then you feel the fear for the first time. If not analyze yourself. 
                   
  To reduce the fear try the following in your life daily.

1. Be yourself, Never imitate others.
2. Do what ever you believe is right with full strength then only the entire universe is on your side.to help  
      you. Then what others can do.
3. Always remember the values you received in your whole life.
4. Do all real actions, Never for show offs.
5. Never do anything to please others.

Friendship According to me.

Why we need friends? This is a question arises in all people's mind when they are in schools, colleges, in work and at every state of life. In any sense friendship is a valuable one. But do we need them. If the answer is yes or no, we really need true friends. Without friends we can live. Nothing will loss. We need them because they are our mirror. They reflect our thinking, our culture our way of life. A true friend can identify and correct the negatives in us. We only sees the positives in us and try to avoid the negatives and we like this way only. Here a true friend can help us. Is this friendship is never ending or it needs a break. In my opinion a friendship is loyalty. If this loyalty is broken the friendship is also broken. A real friend is a person who is capable of lifting and saving his friends life from the hell. Like this a friendship is divine and it must be admirable.

               But what happened to our friendship. A lot consider it as an agreement for a course, for a work end and for some years. How we can say this is friendship. I found some friendship is time pass or for a company only. In this show world some friendship exist as real friendship. They are time tested and proved by situations. This friendships are based on pure love, sacrifice and based on values. If everything is like this, the world become full of saints. That will not be possible. Friendship is between humans not with angels. So we can expect this from the world.            

                     Start a great friendship today itself and have it for till death. It must be valued by heaven and hell.

What life teach me?

To me life is a journey with different people,cultures and ideologies. It needs enormous wisdom,courage and right mental attitude to lead an honest life.By God's blessings I got the opportunity to meet lot of people with varying levels. I found the people of three types. First type leads their life on their own way according to their conscience. Second type people leads their life to satisfy some one. Third type people sold their conscience and take pure slavery. There is no harm from first and second type people. Because first type people never harm any one and have the ability to travel in a better way.  Third type people cannot have anything their own. So nothing to worry. Dealing with second type people you have to keep at least one hand distance. They have hidden agendas and live on some ones success. They are always gentlemen before the society. So I mentioned that it needs wisdom to identify them.

                  Besides this life is sometimes better.My parents gives me the freedom to lead the life to my own ways never ignoring values. That is all what I am now. I learned from my parents how to talk tough and behave roughly with bad people and gives maximum care and consideration to those who deserves. Going through  some other profession finally I reached in teaching. I think its God's mission to be here in this noble profession. As a result I got an opportunity to meet great students not all. I wondered with the credibility,intelligence and wisdom of the students where I met with. I feel one thing that all of them have some hurts in their mind and soul. It happened either by their own deeds or by the people who are with whether it is from family,friends,teachers and from the society. I learned one thing from these years that if we are on the right path even the entire world is against us, nothing to worry. Because the entire universe is own our side to help us. Then what others can do with us. The second thing I learned from the life is that the value of  us is the value that we give to our self.

   The final thing I learned from life is that, every person come to us whether we feels good or bad with a heavenly mission. Never let them go without giving the wisdom they keeps.

Why we need quality circles to lead quality life?

How you can define your life as a quality one or not? What matters the quality life? How you can contribute quality to your life? 

                             Here I am going to define the quality of life based on my experience, the people I found during the years, the practices that are used in the society and organizations. First, why we need quality? Without this our life is moving forward and we got success. Quality in its purest form a rise to life's highest ideal and live with a heavenly mission filled with all that is good, joyful and vital. Without quality, anyone is like a mariner without a compass and who eventually sinks with his ship. So quality is necessary in all aspects of our life. Quality is not a mimic.

                            If you want to impart quality in your life, first you need a quality circle. A quality circle is a group of persons who belongs to quality. If you are in the company of them, then some sort of quality is entertained in your life gradually. The importance of quality people is that one cannot know what is quality., even if he is educated, rich and is respected among the peer group. 

                           I have found the people and are well known for their capabilities. But by observing them we can identify that, the label used by them is fabricated by themselves or assigned by some frogs in the well. Such people are showmen before the group. In my observation, mainly the teaching community is deviated from quality standards. In other organizations there are written and proven standards for imparting quality. In education organizations, we lack academicians, professionals and the people with personal excellence. How far this system goes with out quality people. This happens because management fails to implement professionalism in their organizations and they even doesn't know what is quality.

                        During these years I found a lot of people in all profession and in society without personal excellence, demoted and without moral values. To be a quality one, first keeps them away.  If you have an irresistible  crave to lead a quality life, open your eyes, aim the stars, think out of the boxes, avoid pleasing others, evaluate yourself based on your conscience and away from demoted people. 

Challenges of a teacher in the modern age in my observation.

Masters or teachers are admired by the society from the ancient cultures. The reason is that they are considered to be the light and path of the life and generations. The masters touch can make a difference in the mind, body and in whole society. Only teachers have the capability to save the generations from moral death.In martial arts, Masters are always admired, feared and respected by his disciples and the whole society. Think about the facts that are mentioned. This is the credibility of teachers and masters. 

                                           Society is growing to the modern age, Teaching is considered as a noble profession. It is considered to be an art and a talent. From the teachers perspective, they are in a pressure cooker situation. What boils them. They have a life, a family,  a society, a culture, values and also an ethics. They utilize their skills, knowledge, health, life, time to impart growth and welfare to the students. But what they get in return? Only poor life conditions, mind blowing situations from the students and also from the feudalistic employers. Their sacrifices are never valued by any one. How long a society can go on with these matters. Neither the Government nor the management cannot initiate any policy to attract bright talents to this noble profession. As a result severe ethical and moral problems and illicit practices are growing in this profession. Being in poor conditions how a teacher can raise the standards of his students.

I have one advice to the students. Never ever provoke a teachers anger. It will hurt you even in your eternal life. There is a saying in philosophy. If God is angered on you, nothing to worry as if you are with a master, because he knows how to deal with this and he will help you. But if the master is angered on you nothing and nobody is their to help you. In this case even the God also abandon you. 

                                                               So be wise always.

My Experience in life as an Individual

Here I am going to narrate the situations where I observe during my life. When I am in the comfort of the family regarding the protection of my parents life is better, wonderful,enjoyable and charming. Later when I goes to the society, my view regarding life upsides.
                                               I first observe that life is not easy as we see in pictures. Society consists of good and bad people. It needs a good amount of strife to exist as if your thoughts are good and to be good. Its easy to walk with the crowd, but it needs great amount of courage, blessing, ignited thoughts and pure mind to walk alone. If we walk alone no one will accompany us. Some one will join us for some time and they also departs because they found we are not the company for them. 
                                              Personally I hate education organizations. Because in today's world most of the education institutes(Schools,Colleges)  never educate any one. My observation is that they are not capable to handle people,ideas,thoughts and even the infrastructure. During my professional life as a teacher I observe some misconduct/invalid value system from the side of the teachers. Some of the teachers cannot maintain the moral capacity to correct the students. Most of the teachers follow the paths of the students by ignoring the fact that they are the signboards.In my opinion a teacher is model to the student in all aspects. Whenever a student faces a problem in his or her life he or she first remember the teacher and select the action what he or she did in similar situations. A good teachers blessings is essential for a student and also for the society for its sustained growth. All these powers are missing from our teachers due to their own deeds.  Organization's administration cannot handle this even the management. Why this happen. This is the result of quality degradation happened in academic profession. Everyone must ready to please everybody on the wrong way. If I have another life I will never go to School or College.

Meditation is an art to do each and every activity of life with awareness.

Meditation is a process to get rid of all those foolish concept of “Do and Don’t” and bring us back to that spontaneous state of childhood yet retaining the Wisdom which we have earned with experience.

Everyone born with fresh mind, a clean slate. So it must be programmed.

                  This programming done from childhood is not the only factor which shapes the mind.

In a way we are a Biological Computer. Our actions are decided by our Programming. No person is a fool to do any thing wrong.  Every moment Mind works in the background and makes us to do things. Even while reading this article our Mind is acting as a Judge.

Mind has many layers of conditioning. Every experience adds one layer to our mind. It’s like a wall which is being painted with different color every moment. Our mental state or Mind is always in Flux state, with many emotions keeping on coming and going. Emotions start with a thought. Idea of doing any thing also starts with a thought. Our Mind is always full of thoughts. In spiritual world Mind is recognized as the ‘thinking mechanism’. Thought is a door to Mind or thought is Mind. Twenty fours in a day we are thinking and dreaming. One thought comes, then next thought comes which is always related with the previous thought. Those who practice meditation say that “thoughts are always related. One thought leads to another thought. It’s like a continuous traffic of thoughts in which one thought is followed by another thought”.

                                                               So be the masters of mind not the body.
