Survival Facts, From war Zone to Classroom, My Perspective


 

        Wealth and fame as the world knows them are not a true teacher’s gain. Thorns and thistles strew the way, no matter how you face each day. But fragrant blossoms also bloom along this rugged path, helping your joy and strength revives, keeping your hope and commitment alive. For the lives you touch, the good you do shall never know an end.”


            This time I got inspiration to write this article to share my views, convictions and truths against the rumors and stories regarding myself. I feel I am always in a war zone surrounded by enemies who are eagerly looking for my fall. In this war field I am alone. I feel the loneliness. But I can survive in all the matters without even a scratch. The God almighty is continually showering his mercy and protection through all these years. So I can survive against all these evil people. I am sure that I am under a training session framed by my God to shape my character and legacy.
            Why I am a victim of all problems? Why I am the marked man in the sight of the people around me? Why I am continually attacked?
            These are the questions that I am asking myself in all these days. These are unanswered for me in my entire life. But the Almighty revealed the answers to all my questions some days before. So I am sharing this to all. These are the answers to all who suffer a lot without any reasons.
            The answer is I am in the right track. I am swimming against the flow. If I choose to follow the ways of the people then I feel safe. But I know that is not safety. It is ultimate fall. So I decided to follow the path of my own. This path is not selected by me. Some one inside me guides me to that way.
            Recently I faced the following questions and I consider that questions against my integrity. The questions are
  1. Why I care and protect the students?
  2. Why I guide them?
  3.  Third one is not a question. But it is a set of stories regarding me.

            I think these fools don’t know who is a teacher, what is the relation between the teacher and disciples, what are the roles and responsibilities of a teacher? Why students need guidance? Why they need protection and support?
            If they know these answers then they use their time for competence, professional and personal growth and for a positive mindset and set some standards of excellence. I pay my condolence to them.

            Let me explain the psychology behind the teaching. It is not only for these idiots but also for all who needs and wishes wisdom and like to become a good teacher.

In the case of formal education what is teaching? What is the real role and duty of a teacher?
            The role and duty of a teacher is mainly divided into two aspects.

            The first one is the responsibility and role of a philosopher. As a philosopher he has to act as a free thinker, as an educational psychologist and a cognitive therapist. One who knows well about these educational theories can only do these duties and responsibilities. One who doesn’t know about this can only become jealous and he can only do underground practice that only he knows.

            The second role is an activist. Here the teacher acts as a judge, controller, promoter, adviser, guide, a mentor and a fierce protector who can lift his disciples from any circumstances or even from death.
           
            Today the term education is completely changed. The purpose of education is to bring out what is inside. Through this process personal development and personality development may also happened. In this stage a teacher’s guidance and mentoring is necessary. During this stage teachers must know one thing. All these students are individuals with their own ways, culture, intelligence etc. Teacher must accept and respect this individualism. If this trust is genuine, then there is a synchronization is happened. During this stage a teacher must consider the followings.

  1. Teacher’s personal life and professional life is a guiding light to the students.
  2. Never avoid and ignore the students. Wrong things may happen from the side of students. Teachers are considered to be more matured and having wisdom than students. (It is not applicable in all the situations.) So consider it with patience and care. This situation a teacher must raise to the role of a protector. This will cause a psychological change in the mind of the students.


“If you were to choose between an evil person and a snake to keep company with, opt for the snake. Because the snake will bite you only in self defense but the evil person will put a bite for any reason any time or always.

Can we call anyone a teacher if they teach us?

“If you quarrel with God, then you don’t worry. Because your teacher is there to help you and he know how to solve this. But if you quarrel with your teacher, then no one will be there to help you and nobody knows the solution to solve it.”

            In the modern days the term teacher is a designated name. One who knows the subject then people will address them as teachers. But everyone we address as teachers have the eligibility to be a teacher. Today the society addresses any buffoon a teacher if he or she teaches in a college or school. Most of them consider teaching as a profession. It is a wrong notion. Teaching is really a vocation. ie, a selfless service with sacrifice and purity. Teaching is not a matter of conveying academic matters to the disciples but enlightening and enriching excellence with care, consideration and a guiding vision and correction methods.
            Practicing the above mentioned facts is not simple. We can make it simple if it s life to us. To impart this excellence we need born teachers. Because teachers are born, not made. No degree, qualification and training make good teachers. To be a good teacher is a high call from the Almighty.
            I got inspiration to write this article from the environment I am working with and experienced with. A lot of people entering into this noble service with wrong intentions and with underground movements. The society is supporting such trained teachers. I call them as trained teaching labors. Zen masters select one or two disciples from thousands and they train them as masters. Because they know nobody can be a master without a spark in them. They find out that spark. Teachers with such spark can ignite generations from dark. Society needs and demands such persons as teachers.
 So we can call them as teachers with the values they behold and impart.

Personal Integrity is necessary for gaining respect?





“The world admires oneself by the personal integrity he beholds, not by the position and the image he entertains”.


I got inspiration to write this article from the people that I am watching everyday and with the people that I am working with. When observing people’s daily activities and behavior, I identified that integrity plays a major role in one’s success. I found many people in my surroundings begging for respect, admiration and dignity. In my observation I noticed that nobody respect them with mind. Many of them make an illusion of respect to them. The main problem I found in such respect beggars is that they lack integrity. Integrity means this person is accountable for all his actions and words. How many men can assure that, they are accountable?
When observing the teaching community, I found many respect beggars there. They want respect. They do anything to gain respect. Someone went for illegal matters to gain respect. Someone project an image that he is the lizard that lifts the building.  Someone is too busy in idiot matters and curtain lectures. We have many such pigs in our education system.  
When coming to the point that we have to provide such idiots sufficient training in personnel management and human relations. I have one advice to them. Be genuine, in all matters regarding speech, actions and in the body language. Because in the society there are vibrant and brilliant people to find the genuineness of a person. If you need respect and success treat all people with genuineness and understanding.
In connection with personal integrity, I can printout one thing that keep a standard and project the identity and signature to the society. This signature is not your initials, but who is the real you with vales and beliefs. Most of them have no identities and values. They call anyone as their parent if he is beautiful. I mean they heave the character of many uncultured barbaric peoples.


“So keep the real you as it is then only the world will rejoice with your presence. Otherwise you are the curse to the society and you will be eliminated soon. Mind it.”

Mind Reading is a Fact or Not?

              Mind Reading is the magical ability to map someone's mental terrain from their words, emotions and body language.During my experience with mind reading or face reading I can assure that it is possible. I can suggest the following tips for experimenting this.

1. Try to know the person more by observing them.

2. First analyse the body language of the person and realize whether it is   
    genuine or not.

3. Observe the persons walking style, smile, tone of the language, expressions
    and eyes.

4.  Notice the breathing of the person.

5. Finally make an assumption and reach the conclusion. Your analysis is over.

can I change for someone?

"you are a born original. Don't die as a copy. Don't care if someone doesn't like you. You are not put on earth to please anyone. Life is to express yourself not to impress anyone."
     
I write this article to clear the misunderstandings of many people. Majority of them thought that I step back from my words. I can't do so. The reason behind their misunderstanding is they even don't realise me. The real thing is that I just make a strategic step back to observe others. I have to observe others especially teachers capacities, sacrifices, intentions, motives and to check who they really are? Majority of them failed in my experiment.
So I would like to come again with much force and energy than before. Other cowards can take it as a challenge to stop me. It's really futile.
       When explaining to myself, I have great thinking and higher level value system as a teacher. But majority of teachers don't have so. So there is a vast difference between me and them. There is a saying " dogs will bark, but the caravan must go". So I am also keep going.
In my opinion a teacher's role is to elevate the students to some upper level. Can we say how many teachers doing so? Many of them are speaking so. That is the only easy thing in the world. When we come to the reality all are vanished.
O' palaeolithic teachers, I feel pity on you. Your time is expired. Arabian sea is waiting.
        I can give one advice to other teachers. You can consider me as your role model. Because you people have lost your identity. With out identify you people also lost your self esteem. So you people are looking at me for your problems. First look in your self. If you can't find any solution,  then consider me for your identity.

      I know I am suitable for you as a role model. I have my own way as a teacher. This is my unique way.
    I can point out some of my unique nature and characteristics as a teacher. So students admire me. There is nothing evil or wrong in it. Everything is divine and spiritual.

1. Being a teacher is not my foolish mistake. It was the almighty who choose me out of thousands and he called me to be a teacher.
2. I just didn't teach the students rather I influence them. What I am teaching is simply an extension of what I am and my character influence others.
3. I am very devoted, committed, compassionate, sincere and diligent. These qualities were undoubtedly the discipline of my life.
4. I am sure that my mission is to affect not only the minds of the students but their lives as well.
5. I constantly develop my skills by preparing the topic, mind and soul to handle the young and growing minds.
6. I use my personal development time effectively, just as a race car driver plans pit stop for refuelling, refreshments and mechanical adjustments. There are times when I will need to stop what I am doing and use the downtime for professional refuelling, refreshing and adjustments.
7. I value the potential of each student.
8. I know surely that, the teachers duty is to encourage and empower the students. As I am empowered and fearless I can do so.
9. I have a good relationship with the students. Times have changed. Today students look for a mentor not simply a teacher.
10. As I am curious, my curiosity about the students culture will help me to understand them and subsequently reach them.
11. I am not just a teacher. I am investing my time and effort in the students for their wealth that cannot be counted.
12. I teach my students to set personal standards of excellence.
13. I have a trust relationship with the students. If the students trust you they will trust what you say.
14. I am what I am is more important than what I am teaching. A good teacher communicates character. The students learn as much about me as they learn from me.
15. A good teacher characteristic is he must be available all the time. I am open and anybody can discuss their issues at any time with me.
16. I never put label to the students. Label means he or she is bad or he or she has a past life. I can't think so. I am here to guide them to the right track.
" when you say a situation or a person is hopeless,  you are slamming the door in the face of God".

The above mentioned are some of my nature and ways.

Why I am a Teacher?

“A man attains greatness by his merits, not simply by occupying an exalted seat. Can we call a crow an eagle simply because he sits on the top of a tall building?”

            Everybody has a mission that is assigned by the God almighty. Being a teacher is mission of me. But when I entered into the teaching profession many things comes to my mind. I am a student under many teachers. That is the reason behind the questions in my mind. In my life I was taught by many uncultured, non valued, blind and unethical men and women. I think they are the curse to the generations. But these low class people teach me how a teacher should not be? So when I am a teacher I decided to be different in my approaches and visions. So I am different teacher. I have different ideas regarding education and values.

            Being different I am alone in my path. My ways are unorthodox. There is a saying, “If you follow the crowd, the place you will most likely end up at is the exit”.
Many of the teachers have complaint about me that they are not getting respect from the students because of me. How these rascals can think so? These low class men and women first look in themselves. If they find anything valuable in them, then they get respect. Otherwise look others with jealousy. I have one advice to these uncultured teachers. Stop the teaching profession and go somewhere utterly lost. Then the society will be thankful to you. Another statement I am hearing is that students come to me sharing their views. I understand that one among the idiot man ask the students what we are discussing. Why this fraud man doing so? Go and die man. You have no chance in this universe. People come to me because I am the eligible and right person to discuss their problems and they believe I have the capacity to solve their problems. They experience it already. Can these bloody teachers have the capacity to solve the problems? They lack the capacity to solve their own problems. Then how the solve others problems. But this country man needs all the respect as a whole. Some fraud men said that I am in a position, so people comes to me so as to please me. But these matters are only applicable to these fellows. If a teacher having experience in several years is not a symbol of his or her wisdom. That means he or she has several years senior. But they lack capacity.
            Another bad practice I found that some teachers are putting their head on all the matters. They think they are controlling this universe. I feel pity on them. I express my condolence on them because of their death even they live.
            Finally I express my ideologies to be a teacher. To be a teacher I am very genuine. My dealings are professional. I complete my portions on time. I am not complaining anyone for my faults.  If I found any fault I improve. I will not talk anything vulgarly to the students. I value the students. I have good faith in them. If they found doing anything bad we have to guide them not blaming and not to throw them away.

Living Deads

“The tragedy of life is not death, but what we let die inside of us while we live”.

          We all came here with special talents that are just waiting to be engaged in a worthy pursuit. We are all here for some unique purposes and add values to the lives around us. Finding our calling means we need to bring more of our self into our work and focus on the things that we can do best. This is what everybody is called for. But is this be happening in our environments, workplaces and in our social circles.
            Surely not. Everybody is waiting for some extra that are going to be received in the future. So they ignore their present, causing arrogance and be a curse to the society. Majority of teachers, authorities all is under this category. I would like to call them as living dead. Because they still have life. But this life is not worthy for others and even themselves. Then what is the purpose of them. By seeing such people we are demoted. Such people have no strong convictions and values. They always make contradicting instructions and cannot stand on their values. If such people are in the positions of a teacher then all are gone. We cannot expect anything from them. During my life I found many such ones. I hate such people even didn’t like to see them in front of me. They are born to fall.
            Another pathetic condition I found is that, some authorities are under the custody of some idiot caucus. These authorities know they are doing the worst things. But they have to fulfill the wrong intentions of this caucus. I would like to call such caucus as living dead.
            What we can do in such situations. Because our last hope will demolished. What we can expect from such authorities, only arrogance and injustice. Then what we have to do? Many of them having no answer in such situations. But I have an answer. The technique is simple and involves nothing more than selecting a phrase or sentence that you will train your mind to focus on at different times throughout the day until it begins to dominate your awareness and reshape the person you are. The result will be profound as you take one big step to finding the peace, prosperity and purpose of your life requires. This can be called as self motivation.  
            In this way we can overcome our living dead authorities.

Importance of Mentoring

“The universe favors the brave. When you resolve to lift your life to its highest level, the strength of your soul will guide you to a magical place with magnificent treasures”.

            Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and personal life. It is a partnership between two people. It is a helpful relationship based on mutual trust and respect.
            In my opinion today’s teachers must change to the role of the mentors. Then only their will generate a trusted relationship between the teacher and the students. If so most of the arrogance happening in the colleges and with the youth may be solved. Another one I have to point out that in solving problems, teachers look for the problem itself. The knowingly or unknowingly ignore the causes or root that causes the problem. By avoiding such reasons and root of the problems they blame the students for the fault. Teachers in this situation changed to the role of the mentor. Then they have to find out the real problem and help the student to solve the problem. Mentoring plays an important role in this area. But majority of times this is not happening from the sides of the teachers. In my experience I found that majority of the students are not believe in their teachers and they have no faith in them. This is a serious matter needs urgent solution. But the teaching community is not interested in this matter. Instead they are looking for images and prestige.  It surely will not come to them without acceptance.

            In the modern scenario of education teachers role will be uprooted. Today teachers have the role of a facilitator. ie, in the knowledge depth the students may be equal or above the level of teachers. But what differentiate teachers from students is that, teachers are expected to be more experienced, more wise and more in mental strength. Most of the time this is to be an expectation only. The teachers are expected to utilize their professional skills and expertise for the growth of the students not demote and degrade them for silly matters.


We are all here for some special reason. Stop being a prisoner of your past. Become the architect of the future”.

My Attitude towards Students, a Teacher’s Perspective

“The Student teacher relationship is the most sacred of all the relationships and it is kept secret with the mutual understanding and mutual respect. If any of them is missing then its sacredness and purity will loss”.

            I got the inspiration to write this article from the experiences that I am facing directly and indirectly from the teaching community. Majority of them having a complaint that I am giving more freedom to the students. Another one is that why students comes to me to share their views and their problems. I think these two questions are unanswered to the teachers till today. In this article I am going to explain my views and ideologies about teaching and the relationship to the students.
            First everyone must realize that freedom means responsibility. If I give more freedom to the students then it is matter of responsibility. ie, I am giving more responsibility to the students. This responsibility makes them more valuable and to cultivate a sense of self esteem to them. Another psychological matter of giving freedom is that, if any body gives more freedom in a respectable way then he is more capable than others. He has the capacity to track and control the students if things are gone wrong. If the teachers are less capable then they suppress the students and make them in a pressure cooker situation. Because they have an inborn fear of uncontrollability. Providing the controlled freedom is good for the quality of education and the students feel free to ask questions and clarify their doubts. This improves quality of education and a mutual respect between the two parties.
            When clearing the second question, I have one question to ask. If the students are not approaching to other teachers then they have to check their credibility, faithfulness, integrity, wisdom and mental strength. They lack something. One who disclose the secrets of mind to other person, and then there exist some spirituality and strength of mind to accept the issues at any case and to blend it in the energies of the universe. It is not intentionally happens. It is a process that happens.
            Finally I would like to explain the way of my dealing with students. When dealing with students I would like to bring professionalism in all matters. I respect the students. They are individual with unique characteristics and nature than me. I accept and respect their individualism. I also like to implement impartial system in all matters without caste, colour, religion, intelligence, good, bad and anything. My ways are open and it is accountable. If I hear any complaint against students, then first understand the problem and enquire about them. I will not decide any thing based on gossips or from baseless matters. I believe in justice and do for justice and stand in the side of justice. I believe in the law with open eyes. If the eyes are tied the truth will be missing.

Why Teachers Lack the Right to Command?




           “Take the right to command by the strength of your character.”


                       In this article I am going to describe the absence of commanding power of the teaching community. You have to realize that commanding and talking vulgar are different. I observed many teachers talk to the students with abusing words and to degrade the self esteem of the students. If they did wrong then all the past wrong actions of them and the personal arrogance of teachers are put on the student who did wrong. This is the bad practice that I observed in the society. Some of the teachers have a bad notion that if they hate any student for any reason, then all others will join to them. If not they blame and harass others to demote the good teachers. There is a saying “If you care about what other people think, you will always be their prisoner”.
                       We can come to the point. Commanding is entirely different from the above mentioned realities. The commanding power is not achieved in a day. It is a process and day by day its strength increases if it is in the right person. Teachers must have commanding power. It is the power of aura that is radiated from the teacher. It is like electricity that can synchronize everything under its influence. This aura changed to command. If the teacher has the right command, wisdom, strong mental energy, strong convictions and strong character then everyone will automatically obey him, otherwise it causes friction between student teacher relationships.
                       Other thing I observed that teachers cannot obey the rules. They bent the rules according to their personal and pathetic life survival. But how long these fellos can survive? Still they cannot obey but they want the students to obey their rules. This is the problem of the current ages.

                       I have one advice to teachers. Strengthen yourself or know thyself. If you find any missing in your character then fill that zeroes with what you lack. Implement genuineness in your character and behavior. This is the era of genuineness.

Teachers is a Curse or Blessing to the Students?

“Your wounds must be turned into your wisdom”.


In this article I am going to explain some of the experiences I am experiencing as a teacher and as a student during the journey called life. Here I would like to share the experiences that re happened and happening in the higher education field.

            When I was in the higher education as a student, many teachers passed in front of me. They offered me lot of experiences. I am blessed with some great teachers during my life. But every one is not in that sacred community. Majority of them is a curse to me and to the society. There is a saying “To teach Latin to John, teacher must know both Latin and John.” But we cannot expect this from our teachers. Because they are still below some grades. That is the reason. But they thought that they are one only great teacher in the world. How these barbaric people can think so? But we didn’t respond any thing to them. Because of not the fear, but with the sympathy of their pathetic conditions. But nobody can expect such escapes from the modern students. They question everything. So today, teachers’ role is more challenging and competitive. Most of them are the frogs in the well.
By observing these fraud teachers I decided that whenever I will become a teacher, I will not be the same as these frauds. This is the scene one.
           

            In the next scene, I am sharing the views as a teacher. As a teacher in the modern day it makes me more responsible. I have only responsibility to the students and with whom they give me a chance to teach. So I try my best and still trying to deliver the quality output to the students and to set certain standards to life. That standards and attitude are strange and truthful. I expect the same standard from the teachers. But in vain. They are in their degraded standard.  But these fellows expect respect from their students and from the society. Most of the teachers are not punctual. But they shamelessly came to colleges late. Most of them are show men. They are not capable to do anything. Some of them use vulgarity to the students. Most of them don’t know to obey rules. Then how these immoral people can tell their students to obey the rules. They also need respect. Some of uncultured market teachers blaming that I am giving more freedom to students. That is baseless and invalid. I know how to handle students than these aged women. They have only age without culture and wisdom. I have certain standards for life and I impart that standard to my students. These teachers have any right to blame me. Certainly not. I am so much superior to them in any sense. They cannot reach my level with their entire life. That is the truth. It is a matter of jealousy. Students are frequently come to me to share their problems, their views and for some healing. I can provide them such wisdom and healing. That is the reason behind the discussion with the students. I can surely solve their problems. But these idiots’ teachers cannot do so. Those teachers are suitable for cashew factories and for fish market.
            Most of the teachers make some arrogance to me. They are playing double games. But these barbarians don’t know that I understand their motives and logic. They thought that   they are the only intelligent people in the world. They don’t know that the universe is filled with more wise and intelligent people than them. That is their fault.
            So I have one advice to them. They have two options.

  1. Compete with me to become more capable.
  2. Stop the teaching field and go some where out of the society. Then the society and the students will escape from moral death.

Reality of Teaching Profession

“Of all the hard jobs around the world, one of the hardest is being a   good teacher.”

In all the ages teaching profession and teachers are considered as noble and the source of all wisdom and light. They radiate light and soul to the whole world. This is the core concept of teachers. But anybody agrees that the teachers of the modern world having such qualities. My expectation from teachers is the same.
                    When I entered into this great profession I found a lot of unexpected and unethical realities. The realities are cruel. I can point out some of the things that catch my attention.
  1. Majority of them are unethical.
  2. A type of market culture exists among the teachers.
  3. A double standard exists among them.
  4. They are a curse to the society.
  5. They are not approachable and helpful.
  6. They cannot achieve respect from their students.
  7. They bend the rules according to their situations.
  8. Some of them think that they are the uncrowned kings of the society.
  9.  Their moral sides are pathetic.
  10. They don’t have the capacity to advice and heal the souls of the students.


              The above mentioned are my personal findings. These are the in capabilities of the teachers. But you have to realize that these incapable, uncultured fellows guide the students of the modern days. I can specify some of the specialties of the students of the modern days.

  1. They are genuine.
  2. They have high IQ, EQ, KQ and SQ than their most of the teachers.
  3. They realize and saw the world than their teachers.
  4. They have high standards and belief systems.
  5. Their living standards and quality systems are more gradable than their counterparts.
  6. Students attain more talents and information through their life.
  7. Their evaluation systems are more accurate than teachers.
  8. They are young, but they acquire more wisdom than aged teachers.
  9. They use advanced technologies and media for communication.
  10. Most of the adversities caused by teachers make criminals.




                       
                    Most of the teachers don’t know how to overcome and escapes from tragedies. If they know that they can help the students to survive in this injustice society. Another thing that catches my attention is that teaches punish the students for simple matters and it causes arrogance in the minds of students.

The Heroes I found in my Life


“The earth is enjoyed by heroes. This is the unfailing truth, be a hero.”

                        Who is a hero? To become a hero do you need all the wealth in the world? You achieve wonderful success to be called a hero. To be a hero is not a chance. It is a life long process. Here I am going to explain the heroes that I found during the scholar in life. These are the heroes that I admire the most with my full beliefs. You feel wonder about who are the heroes of the reality.

                        It is not from high profile people or from the side of the teachers. It is simply from the student community. I have a habit of watching and observing people. During my observation I found a lot of talented, dignified, valued and gifted students. They have their own way of thinking, their own life style and with genuine behaviors. Why I consider them as heroes is that most of them are very much truthful and did some heroics. I learn a lot from their side.

                        In the education system we accept the students with good marks and with great level of obedience. You never expect this from the heroic students. Heroes always ask, question and interrogate you to get a satisfying answer. If you are capable to provide this you are lucky. Otherwise you are a zero. This is normally happened in between the teachers and the students. These heroes need just a lift to explore the unseen world. There is a saying “Even the eagles need a push to soar”. Then why we can’t. It is the teachers duty to lift the students from their level to one step ahead.
                        Finally I have one thing to quote. “Be not afraid for all great power through out the history of humanity has been with the people. From out of their ranks have come all the greatest geniuses of the world and history can only repeat itself. Be not afraid of any thing. You will do marvelous work”.


My Journey through life

“The discipline you learn and the character you build from setting and achieving a goal can be more valuable than the achievement of the goal itself.”

          Emmanuel College is the place where I complete my graduation. That means I was a student of this college. As a student it provides me a lot to fulfill the quest for knowledge. We are blessed with quality friends and quality teachers. It provides me some foundation about the technological aspects of the world. Behalf of academic matters it makes me fit to challenge and survive in adversities. This is the life cycle of my first part in the Emmanuel College.
            Later in the scene I am in a new role, ie, I am a staff in the Emmanuel College. As a new comer I got a chance to teach the BCom final years. I think it is a custom practices in all arts and science colleges. If any new comer survives in this great class then he will be automatically declared as a winner. There is a saying, “The winner of the quality game gets the attention of the public”. I found most of the teachers escape from teaching the BCom classes. It is not a good policy. Everybody must prove there their quality and sustainability in practical not by invalid preach. My life is not smooth in this college. If your life is going very smooth then you have to realize that you are in the wrong track. It makes you fall. If your life suffers hard practices then you can believe that you are in the right track. I still believe that I am in the right track. My ways are unorthodox, wild and strange. It is not an imitation. Many of them advised me to be more thoughtful when reacting to any matters. But my nature is silent and calm. I like placid nature. But the arrogance happened in front of me makes me a real human. During such time authorities, hierarchies, relationships everything will be vanished. Then it is the game between justice and injustice. Always I am in the side of justice. To implement justice I would like to cut any thing. I value justice than anything. So I undervalue people those causing injustice whether they are teachers, priests, students or any one.
            I am not a social butterfly. I keep everybody at distance of one hand. I think it is good for personal and professional relationships. In this college, I found lot of students with good qualities and wisdom than me and most of the teachers. I respect them and admire them with all my strength goodness. Most of the teachers complained me that that I am the reason behind the disrespect that they are received from the students. My doubt is that how one can dechannelise the flow of respect. My finding to this question is these people don’t know how the respect is originated.
            Another important thing that I found in society is that the game of “double standard”. I feel surprised because of the use of this double standard by the dignified people shamelessly. Because most of them are shameless with thick skin. Here with my journey I am searching for a model teacher that I never found here. Majority of them consider this place for their side business.

 I am continuing my search for finding a real teacher without selfishness, sympathy, courage, justice, wisdom, with great morals and takes wounds in their mind for protection of their students. When I found such ones in the society and in the category of teachers,  society will be rejuvenated and we can lift the quality of the students.

Evaluating Teachers by the Students is Necessary or Not

“We reap what we sow. We are the makers of our own fate. None else has the blame, none has the praise.”

In the modern world every thing, ever service and every individual is under evaluation. All the products and services are evaluated based on the quality and integrity that they produce. Teachers have no exemption from it. There activities are observed and notified by students and the public. It is a quality game. Finally the winner of the quality game gets the attention of the public. That attention turned to be respect, admiration, faith, loyalty and finally an invisible sacred bond between the teacher and the student. Nothing more in it. But our teachers lack this.
                        Bad work man always blames his tools. Like wise our inefficient, non committed and incapable teachers blame someone for their fault. If a student disobeys them then these idiots think it will be the fault of another teacher. I found a lot of teachers; they are not willing for evaluation. The one and only problem I can point out that they know they are not correct. They are not in the right track. They have no sincere commitment. But these fellows’ demands respect. Their wishes are some one may bring 5 to 10 KG of respect to them. They will be satisfied by this free gifted respect. What a foolish teachers are these. These barbaric peoples are the curse of the teaching profession. Whenever we trash out such ones from our educational institutions it will become a holy place to teach and learn.
                        By reading this you have a doubt comes to your mind. Who is the author of this article? Whether he is a great teacher or great philosopher? Whether he is authentic to write and blame teachers?
                        I am not in this above mentioned categories. I am not in the age to be a member of the wise men’s club. To express your moral anger you have no need of the label of a philosopher or great ones. But the only things that make you to express is your experiences that you faced in the journey of your life. In the journey of life I have the luck to observe and hear many teachers and to watch their opposite actions from their talks. They teach me not be such teacher. So all these days I am framing a teaching model. But this model is hard to implement. But if you have the will and sincerity to do this you can make wonders in the class rooms and the eternal life of the students. Bring some extra to the students. This extra makes them great. This extra makes you far ahead from your colleagues. This extra brings you some unique identity. This unique identity brings you respect. But keeping and delivering this extra is not an easy task. It needs enormous commitment, purity, courage, will power, faith, impartiality, justice, straightness in the teachers’ side. Always keep an open mind to hear the students. In the psychological sense, everybody likes to be guided by those they like and respect. Teachers gain this level to mentor the students.

                        Finally I would like to conclude by one advice to all the teachers. You cannot control the thoughts and wishes of others including the students. You have the only control on your own destiny. Jealousy doesn’t matters. Your thoughts and behavior can control others. So concentrate on those sides. Think like a hero. Live like you are wearing an invisible crown in your head.
